jilliluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jilliluck's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount on jilliluck is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jilliluck may apply transaction limits for compliance and security purposes. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed by jilliluck within the timeframes specified on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. jilliluck is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the availability of that method. jilliluck may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. All transactions on jilliluck are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilliluck does not charge currency conversion fees, as all transactions are processed in PHP. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside jilliluck's control and are your responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jilliluck are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as real money. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
